All products come with a 24-hour warranty from the time of purchase, so please TAKE NOTE:

  • You can submit a warranty request only once, so make sure to CHECK THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY after purchase.

  • If you encounter any issues, please contact ADMIN for support.

  • When submitting a warranty request, please provide the CORRECT DETAILS, including the NUMBER OF ERRORS | FAULTY UID VIA - ERROR TYPE, for example:

    • NUMBER OF ERRORS: 2 | 16767630403123 - die ads
                     14742525855341 - wrong password

NOTE: Requests with the wrong number of errors will not be accepted.


INFORMATION NEED CHECK AFTER PURCHASE:

  • Check live status before logging in (we only warranty ads-die issues before login).

  • Login the via to verify its info (friends, personal info, creation year, etc.) as described.

  • Make sure the provided EMAIL|RECOVERY EMAIL matches the file.

  • Login to the email to check if it’s locked.

  • Check ads status (if description says "live ads").


WARRANTY APPLIES TO CASES SUCH AS:

  • Incorrect via details (wrong password, 2FA, hotmail, etc.).

  • XMDT via loses green tick, restricted ads access, or already flagged for ads.

  • Limit via is downgraded, in debt, or previously used (applies to live ads via with guarantee).

  • Via is dead/suspended before purchase date:

    • CP 282 with less than 179 days left to appeal.

    • CP purple lock if the error date is at least 2 days before purchase (as shown by Facebook error message).


WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CASES SUCH AS:

  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.

  • Incorrect number of errors submitted.

  • Via with CP 282 login die after 180 days.

  • Via with 956 purple lock on the purchase day (or 1 day before).

  • Via restricted from ads, missing, or limit dropped due to actions like adding cards, launching campaigns, or sharing BM.

  • Buyer fails to change login info and gets hacked, botted, or account recovered.


WE ONLY WARRANTY PRODUCTS THAT REMAIN IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE.
